Keep in touch with your bodies feelings of fullness and hunger. Before you eat ask yourself this simple question are you really hungry? Many people eat out of habit, boredom or if their stressed in some way. Look for physical signs of hunger, remember your stomach is the size of a fist and it only takes a small amount of food to feel it up. When you have finished your meal you shouldn’t feel bloated.
